GB-Southend: M1819-07 Fire Compartmentation Works at Riverstone

The works primarily consist of the removal and replacement of all flat, lobby and service entry doors and screens to comply with the current Fire Regulations. Fire Compartmentation issues will also be addressed during the works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
