Legal services in connection with a £12.8m loan from GMCA's Housing Investment Loans Fund for a residential development in Bolton town centre, including: - The preparation and negotiation of legal agreements including a loan facility agreement, security agreement, equity investment agreement and intercreditor deed; - The carrying out of property and construction due diligence - Management of the legal completion process, including the satisfaction of Conditions Precedent.
