This tender relates to the collection of former tenant arrears (FTA). WCHG has a significant number of terminations each year, many of which leave properties with amounts of debt outstanding. After a tenancy has ended with outstanding debt, we start the tracing process for former tenants and if found they are asked to pay an affordbale amount back so the debt is cleared within a reasonable period of time.
