Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC or "the council") is seeking a contractor to supply a shredder to shred bulky waste and to provide the on-going maintenance of that shredder. The shredding of bulky waste will enable the resulting waste to be treated at the Council's Energy from Waste Facility.
