Daisy Meadow Car Park - Parking Management

Heybridge Basin Parish Council have used an operating company to manage a 120 space car park for approaching 3 years using an ANPR based Pay on Entry system. The Parish Council is interested to change to use either: a) an operator with a Pay on Exit, no barrier, system.
