Rough Sleepers Social Impact Bond

Brighton and Hove City Council will be seeking a new Service for entrenched and revolving rough sleepers in the form of a Social Impact Bond. The Contract/s will be 100% payment by results. The funding has come as a result of a successful bid in partnership with Adur and Worthing, Arun, Hastings and Eastbourne Councils.
