Hire Car (Secondary)

DVSA are seeking a supplier to; 1. add a robust alternative sourcing arrangement for vehicle hire as a secondary option to its primary sourcing arrangement through a DfT Group contract; 2. add a robust alternative sourcing arrangement for dual-controlled cars as a secondary option to its primary sourcing arrangement through a DfT Group contract; 3. assist DVSA in achieving the UK Government ULEV transition targets of 25% of cars by December 2022, and 100% of cars by December 2027
