ESCP Business School roof refurbishment including internal and external refurbishment

The works will comprise of the removal of the roof on building 5 and building 1 and replace with new slate, battens, membrane and insulation. Repair and redecoration of windows to building 1,5&6 including doors. There are areas of repointing needed and works to the cast iron gutters.
