PAN3055 - Compact Sweepers and Street Washing Equipment

The Council replaces vehicles once they are over 12 years old and are placed on a replacement list. The compact sweepers and street washing equipment now need replacing and the ESPO 215 Specialist Vehicles framework was identified as a route to market.
