Catering concession - King George V (Car Park) 2020 - 2023

Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is inviting bids for a mobile hot and cold food and drink offer at King George V car park from suitable qualified operators. The pitch is offered with a 3 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 12 months, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
