Transport Services Framework for Hackney Carriage, Minibus and Private Hire Vehicles

Derby City Council wished to implement a Transport Services Framework for Hackney Carriage, Minibus and Private Hire Vehicles for a contract period of 2 years with option to extend for a further 2 years in 1 year increments.
