Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Service for people with mild to moderate Dementia

The Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) service provides structured, evidence-based group therapy to support people living with mild to moderate stages of a dementia. The program consists of themed activities designed to actively stimulate and engage individuals, while promoting social interaction and cognitive function.
