NWL ICB and NCL ICB Complex Care Clinical Commissioning Digital System

A Complex Care Clinical Commissioning Digital end-to-end solution which will need to be on an integrated and secure IT infrastructure that provides access for the newly merged NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board (WNL ICB) effective from 1 April 2026, and the delegated provider of the service. This system will support the delivery of NHS All Age Continuing Care and Complex Care for Mental Health (MH), Children and Young People (CYP), Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA).
