The Healthy Communities Service supports Croydon residents by strengthening community networks, reducing social isolation and promoting independence. From April 2025, the service will focus on developing Local Community Partnerships (LCPs) across six localities and engaging seldom heard communities to inform Neighbourhood Health plans.
