The Commissioners require a Accredited Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme Support Service to assist the Healthcare and Gymnasium teams within the Adult Prisons in North East & Yorkshire in delivering an ongoing programme of Accredited Pulmonary Rehabilitation for the patients in their care.
