Lot 1: Design and implement a structured, evidence-based staff engagement approach aligned to King’s Improvement Method (KIM) and new Trust values, incorporating appreciative inquiry, whole-scale engagement, and leadership capability building. Lot 2: Deliver a 12-month Executive coaching programme to strengthen behavioural consistency, cohesion, and collective leadership across the Executive Team, embedding improvement behaviours in real-time operational and strategic contexts.
