The Works are to be carried out in four sperate areas of Musgrave Park Hospital and as four phases as below: Section 1 - Starling Clinic alterations are to carry out internal strip out works, carry out minor alterations to remove an office and enlarge another office within the part portacabin constructed unit, complete with finishes, minor mechanical and electrical alterations.
