South East Asia Office Management Fee and Operating Budget. Sannam S4 is the University of Exeter's contracted provider to host and operate our overseas offices in both India and South East Asia. This notice is to cover the Management Fee (including consultancy fee, desk space and salaries) and Operating Budget (including all international student recruitment activity costs) for the South East Asia Office for the period from April 2025 to 20 Sept 2025.
