Analysis and evaluation of Council Tax liabilities relating to The Guinness Partnership and it's subsidiaries including but not limited to the verification of rate liabilities, identification of billing authority errors, and the identification and application of any applicable reliefs across all open, closed and dormant Council Tax accounts.
