Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority - Client Side Lead on the Transport Operating Model, Function Assessment and Transition Planning Project

CWCA are seeking a proposal for a consultant to act as the Client Lead for this project, the key tasks are: • Shaping the RFQ • Supporting procurement and evaluation of bids submitted • Managing and challenging the consultants once appointed • Project management to ensure expected outcomes and deadlines are met Indicative timescales are for a mid-July start, two to three months consulting work, with their report produced for November and presented to a Board in December 2026.
