This work package provides a flexible mechanism for the delivery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) related services and project activities that cannot be fully defined at contract award and may arise during the term of the agreement. This provision is intended to enable the rapid engagement of specialist PLM expertise to address evolving business, technical and operational needs throughout the contract period
