Development Arrangements relating to the Ground Lease at Harrogate District Hospital

On 23 April 2026, Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust ("HDFT") and Noviniti Dev Co 15 Ltd ("Noviniti") completed a ground lease ("Ground Lease") in respect of land at Harrogate District Hospital, Lancaster Park Road, Harrogate ("the Hospital").
