MEPFS4023 - C2443 Richmond House Retaining Wall/Intrusive Surveys

Intrusive surveys within the moat lightwell of Richmond House. This will be in support of a later project to undertake stabilisation works to the retaining wall and stepped entrance to the moat, enabling new railings to be installed on top of the wall along Whitehall and Richmond House forecourt.
