Boston Illuminate Parade Delivery

Delivery of the Illuminate 2026 community arts programme, including consultation, workshops and an illuminated parade in Boston. The project engages local residents and young people in cultural and heritage activities as part of the town's Christmas events programme. Due to the specialist nature of the event requirements, a competitive procurement process was not considered appropriate.
