The main purpose of the contract is a services concession contract. The Crown Estate, as manager of the seabed around England, Wales and Northern Ireland, is seeking to award seabed rights to a developer for the development of an offshore wind farm in the Irish Sea, which has an maximum potential energy generation capacity of 1.5GW.
