Wiltshire Council has Section 31 (S31) grant development funding from the Department for Education to deliver Home Learning Environment (HLE) interventions. HLE refers to the quality of learning, interaction and stimulation a child experiences at home and is a key driver of school readiness and long-term outcomes.
