CEFAS26-94 Mental Health Support Services

Provision of specialist integrative therapy services to support staff affected by traumatic and evolving health situations involving colleagues. This time-critical intervention is intended to meet an immediate welfare need, fulfil Cefas' duty of care, and help mitigate potential long-term mental health impacts, staff absence, and disruption to service delivery where existing support mechanisms have proven insufficient.
