Utilities Spend Recovery Review

The Supplier shall undertake a comprehensive Utilities Spend Recovery Review covering Electricity, Gas and Water (including clean and waste where applicable). The review shall include analysis of billing, metering, tariff application and associated supplier charges. The Supplier shall review up to the previous five (5) years of historical data, or such alternative period as agreed with the Buyer (Cluster Member).
