Multi-Drug Resistant TB (MDR-TB) Clinical Advice Service

The MDR-TB Clinical Advice Service provides expert, consistent and safe advice to clinicians treating MDR-TB. The Clinical Advice Service examines and ratifies local MDR-TB centre requests for the use of the MDR-TB agents, Bedaquiline and Delamanid. Due to delays arising from administrative and operational circumstances, NHS England awarded this contract to British Thoracic Society commencing 01.04.2026
