Closing the Gap 2: Learning Disabilities Support Service

Support and empower adults with a learning disability to live well independently, to live a fulfilling life and connect with the wider community. The provider can tailor proposed services and how the outcomes in the Specification will be met using their knowledge and understanding of the presenting needs. Quality questions will be used in the tendering process to determine how the proposed service(s) will meet the identified outcomes.
