General Building Framework for works up to £750k

The purpose of this agreement is for Building Services on behalf of the of Swansea Council to establish a framework agreement for General Builders. The framework is an agreement for the Building Maintenance Section to carry out maintenance projects to Swansea Councils Schools and the Public Building Portfolio. These works include but are not limited to: • Groundworks • Bricklaying • Plastering • Carpentry • Flooring • Installation of Fire Doors
