The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the provision of legal services to support Housing, Assets and support needs. The estimated start date for the contract is Tuesday 18th August 2026 Hafod works across 8 local authorities 1) Bridgend 2) Caerphilly 3) Cardiff 4) Vale of Glamorgan 5) Rhondda Cynan Taff 6) Merthyr Tydfil 7) Torfaen 8) Newport The contract term will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 + 2 years.
